How to use your 5-Piece Complete Set
Foam Roller 30: Sit down on a mat, place the roller under the muscle group you want to work on and roll slowly back and forth. Ideal for thighs, calves, glutes and back. 5–10 minutes per area, 3× per week.
Mini Roller: Perfect for smaller muscle groups. Roll it slowly back and forth under your forearms, calves or the soles of your feet, 1–3 minutes per side.
Massage Ball: For targeted trigger points. Lean against a wall or lie down on the floor and position the ball on the sore spot. Hold for 30–60 seconds with light pressure.
Duoball small (Ø 8 cm): Place it under your neck or along your spine. The groove in the middle protects the spinous processes. Breathe calmly and hold the position for 1–2 minutes.
Duoball large (Ø 12 cm): For the upper back and thoracic spine. Lie down on the floor and position the duoball crosswise under your back. Move in a controlled way, without jerky stretches.
Tip
Start with light pressure and increase the intensity slowly. If you have an acute injury or pain, talk to your doctor or physiotherapist first.
