Delivery Address

Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.

Delivery Time

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the delivery time within Germany is generally two to five working days after conclusion of the contract or after receipt of payment. Deliveries to EU countries outside Germany may take two to seven working days longer, depending on the shipping service provider.

Shipping Service Provider

Shipments are generally dispatched via DHL or a comparable shipping service provider. We reserve the right to select a different shipping service provider in individual cases where this is necessary to ensure prompt and secure delivery.

Shipping Costs

The applicable shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. From a certain order value, delivery may be free of shipping charges, provided this is indicated accordingly in the online shop.

Returns

In the event of a withdrawal, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Failed Delivery

Should delivery of the goods not be possible because the delivery was not accepted by the customer or was not collected from the collection branch in time, and the parcel is therefore returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a flat-rate shipping fee for any re-dispatch. Alternatively, the customer may cancel the order; in this case, we will refund the purchase amount less the shipping costs incurred.

Customs and EU Foreign Countries

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or charges may apply, which shall be borne by the customer. These do not fall within our responsibility and must be paid by the customer to the competent customs or tax authorities.
