Exercising Your Right Through the Withdrawal Function

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically, using the withdrawal function provided on our website. By clicking the "Withdraw from your contract" button, you can declare your withdrawal directly. We will confirm receipt of your declaration of withdrawal to you without undue delay on a durable medium (for example, by email), stating the date and time of receipt.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, and tagged, and it must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we may assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of sale items or gift vouchers.

Exchanges

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to obtain the desired item. If the return is accepted, you may purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. In the event of approval, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have elapsed, please contact us at shop@panda-fitness.de.
